How can I track my order status?
We’re working diligently to ship your order within the lead time shown at the top of our site. A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time, excluding federal holidays. For example, weekends and holidays don’t count toward the lead time. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If the lead time has passed and you haven’t received tracking, please contact us for support.
Do you work with dealers or retailers?
Yes! Visit our “Become a Dealer” page to get started. We also offer custom branding and white-label services to established retailers.
Can you make a holster for my specific firearm?
If your firearm isn’t listed in our dropdown menu, we don’t currently offer a holster for it. We do accept custom orders, though! Email us your request, and we’ll make it, new models are added based on customer demand. We do have an FFL and can accept shipped firearms for ultra-custom jobs. Just understand the wait time and cost is greater.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Possibly. If production hasn’t begun, we can adjust your order—just call or email us. Once production starts, changes aren’t possible. Timing depends on order volume, so act fast!
Is appendix carry comfortable for sitting?
Comfort depends on the individual. It may take some getting used to, especially if it’s your first time carrying appendix. For sitting, position the holster upright against your body, with the base resting lightly near your lap for best results.
Will a light-compatible holster work without the light attached?
No, the light needs to be attached for a secure fit. Without it, the holster has excess space, reducing stability and retention.
Why doesn’t my light-compatible holster “click” when I insert my firearm?
Our light-compatible holsters use friction for retention instead of a locking mechanism, so there’s no click. This design accommodates the light while preventing wear on the holster and firearm.
Why don’t you ship certain products internationally?
Due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), we can’t ship items like OWB products or certain mounting systems linked to U.S. military use. Orders with restricted items will be modified or canceled, and we’ll contact you via email if necessary.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and schedule an appointment with us.
How do I know when a product is back in stock?

Do options like suppressor height sights or optic cuts affect fit if my firearm doesn’t have them yet?
No, the holster will still fit and retain your firearm well without those features. If you plan to add them later, though, we suggest selecting “Yes” to those options now to ensure compatibility down the line.
